Can You Paint Porcelain Tile Around A Fireplace

I m so glad you posted this i ve been thinking about wanting to change my tile around my fireplace but i didn t know you could paint it with the heat coming out right next to it.

So glad to know there are no problems. For this fireplace i used a black enamel paint that did not need primer but if i had gone with regular latex paint i definitely would ve primed it first. Time for the fun part.
