There will come a point where you want to have multiple colors of vinyl in an iron on project.
After everything was weeded i set up my 100 cotton shirt on the heat press.
With the heat press set to 320 f and the shirt laid on the bottom platen with as many seams out of the way as possible i pre pressed the t shirt for a few seconds to remove any wrinkles or.
So you would press your bottom color for 5 seconds and then remove the carrier sheet.

Layering iron on vinyl can be a great way to do that and it s really not complicated at all.
Generally i would recommend pre washing your base material if it is something that will be going through the wash often.
You can avoid this by applying hotmark sir sublimation ink resistant on these darker prints or by adding your thermal films to chromablast which is less likely to migrate into the applied layer of flex film.

Getting the htv onto your shirt is a bit different you don t need the guide marks because htv isn t sticky.
